2025 Global Inbound Startup Campus Program (OASIS-4)

The Ulsan Center for Creative Economy and Innovation successfully hosted the “2025 Global Inbound Startup Campus Program” over three days.


This program was designed to support foreign entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and strong technological capabilities 

who are preparing to start a business in Korea or to obtain a Technology Startup Visa (D-8-4).

The program was carried out based on the OASIS-4 (Startup Education) curriculum.


Program Overview

  • Period: September 12 (Fri) – September 14 (Sun), 2025

  • Participants: Foreign prospective entrepreneurs seeking to start a business in Korea

  • Main Contents:

    • Startup basics and business model development

    • Understanding the Korean startup ecosystem

    • Legal and visa guidelines (D-8-4 visa)

    • Expert mentoring and business idea presentations



Achievements

Through this program, participants were able to gain a structured understanding of the Korean startup environment and assess the feasibility of their business ideas. In particular, entrepreneurs from diverse national backgrounds had the opportunity to build networks and explore possibilities for global collaboration.


Future Plans

Starting with this OASIS-4 education program, the Ulsan Center for Creative Economy and Innovation will continue to provide follow-up, long-term initiatives such as tailored mentoring, a foreign entrepreneur startup competition, and incubation programs

These efforts aim to help global startup talent establish themselves securely in Korea and foster sustainable growth.
