Our recent career workshop, designed to equip students with essential job-seeking skills, was a great success! The program, held on April 29th and 30th, 2025, provided valuable insights and personalized guidance.
Program 01: About Job Expo (April 29, 2025)On the first day, students gained a comprehensive understanding of Job Expos and Job Fairs, including their various styles and formats. We discussed what to expect and how to maximize their objectives at such events. A significant portion of the session was dedicated to Job Interview Preparation, covering different interview styles and practicing common questions and answers through two simulations.
Program 02: 1:1 Tailoring Your Resume and CV (April 30, 2025)The second day offered a unique opportunity for students to receive personalized 1:1 consultations. Students pre-booked meetings with the professor to delve deeper into job interview strategies, conduct detailed reviews of their CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and discuss individual career goals. Each student had approximately 10-15 minutes for in-depth discussion, making these sessions highly impactful. Students were encouraged to bring pre-made materials and their laptops or tablets for effective consultation. We're thrilled with the positive feedback and the engagement shown by all participants. We believe this workshop has provided a strong foundation for their future career endeavors!
