On July 25-26, 2024, the Office of International Affairs& Education conducted a Crime Prevention Education program for international students in collaboration with the Ulsan Nambu Police Station and Samsan District Police Station.
This Program aimed to prevent crime by raising awareness and understanding of Korean laws and regulations.
This initiative focused on key safety issues facing foreign students, including protection against voice phishing scams and traffic safety awareness. The Ulsan Nambu Police Station introduced a "Crime Prevention Board Game," making the learning experience both attractive and effective.
The Office of International Affairs considers the workshop a success, noting that students not only actively engaged in the sessions but also gained crucial information to enhance their safety during their time in Korea. The event was well-received, with active participation from the students, and we are confident that it will contribute to a safer and more secure environment for all. |
