대전외국인주민 통합지원센터는 대전시 민간 부문 국제교류와 외국인주민 조기정착 지원을 담당하고 있는 대전시 산하기관입니다. 2025 대전 0시 축제와 연계하여「전국 외국인 장기자랑 대회(Daejeon Global Talent Show)」참가자를 아래와 같이 모집하오니 관심 있는 유학생들의 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.
Daejeon Support Center for Foreign Residents Daejeon Global Talent Show Participant Recruitment The Daejeon Support Center for Foreign Residents in connection with the 0'oclock Festival are holding Daejeon Global Talent Show. We seek interest and participation from talented and passionate foreigners residing in Korea. Find the recruitment details below. ❑ Title : 「Daejeon Global Talent Show」 ❑ Venue : Daejeon Station Stage ❑ Date & Time : 2025. 8. 9.(Sat) 19:00~21:00 ❑ Hosted by : Daejeon Metropolitan City, Dajeon Public Agency for Social Service ❑ Organized by : Daejeon Support Center for Foreign Residents ❑ Eligibility : Any foreign residents in Korea(Valid Visa Holder) * A naturalized person can participate * All participants must submit their Alien Registration Card copies or Identification Card ❑ Participant Number : Solo or Team(maximum 15 members) * Each team shall be adjusted to have no more than 15 members considering the participation and stage condition ❑ Cartegories 1) Singing : Songs from the home country and Korea, group singing, etc. Dancing : Traditional and modern dances, K-POP, etc. Performance : Traditional and modern performances from Korea and around Ⅰ Event Outline Ⅱ Recruitment Overview the world, magic shows, and talent-based performances, etc. 2) Korean Speaking: Speech, Acting Speech: A presentation under 5 minutes on a free topic related to Daejeon,Korea, etc. Acting: A team of 2 to 5 people performs a short play (within 7 minutes) in the form of a conversation, parody, or comedy based on dramas, TV shows, movies, etc. ❑ Performance time : Within 7 minutes ❑ Application period : 2025. 7. 1.(Tue)~7. 21.(Mon) ❑ Submitted documents : - Application form - Consent form for collecting and using personal and group information - Alien Registration Card(of all members) - A performance video from within the past year (Maximum 7 minutes) * If the file size is too large, you can upload the performance video on Youtube and share the link ❑ Submission : via Google Form (https://forms.gle/q6XcwLsf5fjDMVAR6) ❑ Evaluation period : 2025. 7. 23.(Wed)~7. 24.(Thu) ❑ Evalutaion method : Non-face-to-face review of the submitted videos (by three or more internal and external committee members) ❑ Criteria : Evaluate comprehensively based on Korean language fluency, composition, artistic quality, completeness, and creativity ❑ Selection method : 12 teams with the highest score totaled by the judges will go to the final round ❑ Result announcement : 2025. 7. 25.(Fri) after 14:00 (individual notification and center website announcement Ⅲ Preliminary Evaluation ❑ Date & time : 2025. 8. 9. (Sat) 19:00~21:00 ❑ Evaluation method : On-site performance evaulation (by three or mor internal and external committee members) ❑ Criteria : Evaluate comprehensively based on Korean language fluency, composition, artistic quality, completeness, and creativity ❑ Prize *All prizes will be paid after deducted with tax - 1st place (1 team) KRW 2,000,000 - 2nd place (1 team) KRW 1,500,000 - 3rd place (1 team) KRW 1,000,000 - 4th place (1 team) KRW 500,000 - Popularity award (1 team) KRW 300,000 ❑ Performance duration per person(team) is limited to 7 minutes ❑ The number of actual participants must match the number of people shown in the submitted video ❑ If the actual number of participants differs from the number shown in the submitted video, disadvantages may occur ❑ Any documents or videos submitted will not be returned. Selection may be revoked if falsified contents are found in the submitted document ❑ The performance video should be submitted in high definition. Please be aware that submitting low-quality videos may disadvantage the participant ❑ When transferring a video file from a mobile phone to a storage medium Ⅳ Final Round Ⅴ Awards Ⅵ Precautions (such as Kakao Talk, email, etc.), be cautious as the file may be converted to low quality during playback ❑ The submitter is responsible for any issues arising from video playback errors ❑ Any individual(team) that cannot be contacted using the provided contactinformation will be excluded from the selection process ❑ Only participants who agree with the collection and use of personal and group information can participate in the competition ❑ All photos and videos taken at this competition belong to the Daejeon Support Center for Foreign Residents and may be used for various promotional materials ❑ Participants must bring and prepare any sound materials and instruments for their performance individually (performance sound file must be submitted in advance) * When using musical instruments or other props, teams must be able to carry them on their own. All props used in the performance must not damage the stage or interfere with the next participant's performance(Substances such as powder, liquid, and anything flammable are prohibited) ❑ Be sure to discuss the sound system necessary for the performance with the event organizer in advance ❑ The performance order is determined by a lottery and cannot be changed ❑ All problems regarding copyright disputes will be the participating team members' responsibility ❑ The event and recruitment schedule, award details, etc., may be changed depending on the condition and shall be notified in advance on the Center's website ❑ All prizes will be awarded after taxes are deducted.
