2026 GLOBAL TALENT FAIR 단체 참가 신청 안내
서울 COEX에서 개최되는 「2026 GLOBAL TALENT FAIR」 참가를 희망하는 외국인 유학생들을 대상으로 본교 단체 참가 신청을 진행합니다.
참가를 희망하는 학생들은 반드시 아래 내용을 확인 후 신청해주시기 바랍니다.
1.행사 개요 가. 행사명: 2026 GLOBAL TALENT FAIR 나. 일정: 2026년 6월 1일(월) ~ 6월 2일(화) 다. 장소: 서울 COEX B홀 & 컨퍼런스룸(E)
2.외국인유학생채용관 구직자 신청 안내 가. 신청경로: 외국인유학생채용관 → 참가신청 → 구직자등록 나. 관련 웹사이트 및 구직자 신청 링크: https://jffis.kotra.or.kr/fairDash.do ※ 본교 단체 참가 신청과 별개로, 반드시 KOTRA 홈페이지에서 구직자 신청을 먼저 완료해주시기 바랍니다.
3.본교 단체 참가 지원 사항 가. 서울 왕복 단체버스 제공 나. 숙박 제공 다. 식사 제공
4.참가 신청 안내 가. 신청 방법: 구글폼 제출 (https://forms.gle/f8fis4Rphh22mbXv5) 나. 신청 기간: 2026. 5. 13. (수) 오전 9시 ~ 선착순 모집 완료 시까지 ※ 구글폼은 오전 9시 정각에 오픈 예정이며, 이전 제출 내용은 인정되지 않습니다. 다. 참가 가능 인원: 약 35~40명 (상황에 따라 변동 가능) 라. 선발 방식: 선착순 선발 ※ 국제교류처 주관 취업특강 참여자 우선 선발 예정
5.참가확인서 안내 가. 참가 학생 대상 참가확인서 발급 예정 나. 수업 인정 여부는 담당 교원의 재량에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
6.유의사항 가. 본 단체 참가 신청은 버스 및 숙박이 모두 제공되는 프로그램이므로, 신청 후 무단 불참은 절대 불가합니다. 나. 불참이 불가피한 경우 반드시 사전에 국제교류처로 연락 바랍니다. 다. 아무런 사전 통보 없이 불참할 경우, 추후 국제교류처 및 교내 프로그램 참가에 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다.

The University of Ulsan is recruiting int'l students who wish to participate in the “2026 GLOBAL TALENT FAIR” held at COEX, Seoul.
Students who are interested in joining the group participation program are requested to carefully read the following information before applying.
1.Event Information a. Event Name: 2026 GLOBAL TALENT FAIR b. Date: June 1 (Mon) – June 2 (Tue), 2026 c. Venue: COEX Hall B & Conference Room (E), Seoul
2.International Student Career Fair Registration a. Application Procedure: International Student Career Fair → Apply → Job Seeker Registration b. Official Website & Registration Link: https://jffis.kotra.or.kr/fairDash.do ※ Separate from the university group participation application, students must complete the KOTRA job seeker registration in advance through the website above.
3.Support Provided by the University a. Round-trip group bus transportation to Seoul b. Accommodation c. Meals
4. Application Information a. Application Method: Submit the Google Form (https://forms.gle/f8fis4Rphh22mbXv5) b. Application Period: From 9:00 AM on May 13, 2026 (Wed.) until all spots are filled ※ The Google Form will open exactly at 9:00 AM. Submissions made before then will not be accepted. c. Number of Participants: Approximately 35–40 students (subject to change depending on the situation) d. Selection Method: First-come, first-served basis ※ Students who participated in the Career Workshop organized by the Office of International Affairs and Education will be given priority.
5.Certificate of Participation a. A certificate of participation will be provided to participating students. b. Recognition of class absence is subject to the discretion of each professor.
6.Important Notice a. Since transportation and accommodation are fully provided, students must not be absent after applying. b. If you are unable to participate, you must inform the Office of International Affairs and Education in advance. c. Students who are absent without prior notice may face disadvantages in participating in future programs organized by the Office of International Affairs and Education and other university programs.
