울산대학교 국제교류처에서는 외국인 유학생의 취업 역량 강화를 위해 3단계 취업 지원 프로그램을 운영합니다.
본 프로그램은 단계별 참여를 통해 취업 준비부터 취업 박람회 참가까지 연계 지원됩니다. 이번 공고는 1단계 취업 특강 모집 안내입니다.
1. 프로그램 개요
○ 1단계: 취업 특강 (4~5월)
○ 2단계: 취업 박람회 사전 준비 프로그램
○ 3단계: 취업 박람회 참가 (6월 예정)

○일정: 2026.06.01.(월) ~ 2026.06.02.(화)
○대상: 울산대학교 재학 외국인 유학생

3. 1단계 취업 특강 안내
○ 주제: Job Interview Skills & AI Interview Preparation (취업 면접 전략 및 AI 면접 대응)
○ 주요 내용
- 한국 및 해외 면접 방식 비교 및 특징 이해
- 효과적인 면접 답변 구성 및 표현 방법
- 기업 및 면접관이 활용하는 AI 면접 시스템 이해
- 온라인(비대면) 면접 및 대학원 면접 준비 전략
- 워크숍 종료 후 추가 질의응답 및 개별 상담 기회 제공
○ 강사: 벤자민 몽고메리 교수
○ 장소: 국제관(43호관) 3층 307호
○ 운영 방식 / 언어: 대면(오프라인) 진행 / 영어
○ 참여 대상: 울산대학교 재학 외국인 유학생

- 선착순 40명 참여 가능

We are operating a 3-step Career Development Program to enhance the career readiness of international students.
This program provides step-by-step support, from job preparation to participation in job fairs.
This announcement is for the recruitment of participants for Step 1: Career Workshop.
1. Program Overview
○ Stage 1: Job Workshop (April–May)
○ Stage 2: Pre-job fair preparation program
○ Stage 3: Participation in job fairs (Scheduled for June)

3. Stage 1: Job Workshop Information
○ Topic: Job Interview Skills & AI Interview Preparation
○ Main Contents
- Understanding and comparing interview styles in Korea and abroad
- Strategies for structuring effective interview answers and expressions
- Understanding AI-based interview systems used by companies and interviewers
- Preparation strategies for online (non-face-to-face) interviews and graduate school interviews
- Additional Q&A session and individual consultation opportunity after the workshop

○ Eligibility: International students currently enrolled at the University of Ulsan

- This program is part of a step-by-step linked program, and participants will have opportunities to join job fairs
