【외국인 유학생】 2026학년도 1학기 기숙사 신청 안내/【International Students】 Dormitory Application for Spring 2026 1. 기숙사 신청: 2025. 12. 29.(월) 10:00 ~ 2026. 01. 23.(금) 17:00 까지 ※ 벌점 5점 미만인 학생만 지원할 수 있으며, 봉사활동은 입사 신청 전 완료한 것까지만 인정 ※ 매 학기/방학마다 기숙사 호실, 룸메이트는 변경될 수 있음 ※ 룸메이트는 국적 및 학위과정에 따라 배정 (국제교류처에 방문하여 룸메이트 신청) ※ 배정된 룸메이트 및 호실은 변경 불가능 1) 학부생, 대학원생, 교환학생, 복수학위생: UWIN-S 온라인 신청 - UWIN-S 홈페이지(http://uwins.ulsan.ac.kr) 이동 (로그인 필요) - ‘대학생활’ - ‘학생생활관(본교)’ - ‘학생생활관입사신청’ 메뉴 이동 - 학사 및 식사 여부를 선택한 후 ‘등록’ 버튼 클릭 2) 한국어교육센터 어학연수생: 국제교류처에서 신청 - 국제교류처에서 방문하여 기숙사 신청서를 작성 2. 기숙사비 및 입사(배식) 기간 - 관리비: 국제관 미정(1월 중 공지) - 배식비: 미정(1월 중 공지) - 입사 기간: 2026. 02. 23.(월) ~ 2026. 06. 22.(월) ※ 2025학년도 동계방학 입사자 퇴사: 2026. 02. 21.(토) 12:00까지 ※ 2026학년도 1학기 잔류자 및 신규 입사자 입사: 2025. 02. 22.(일) 14:00부터 - 퇴실 및 호실 이동 일시 이후에 각 호실에 남아있는 물건은 모두 폐기 처리되며 국제교류처 또는 기숙사는 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않음
3. 기숙사비 납부: 2026. 02. 10.(화) 10:00 ~ 02. 12.(목) 16:00 까지 ※ 교내 경남은행 방문 납부 또는 가상계좌를 이용한 계좌이체 가능 ※ 한국 체류 학생은 국제교류처 계좌로 납부하지 말고 반드시 가상계좌로 납부할 것 ※ 기숙사비를 납부 완료한 학생에 한하여 기숙사 입사 가능 (기한 내 미납자는 배정 취소) 1) 학부생, 대학원생, 교환학생, 복수학위생: - UWIN-S 홈페이지(http://uwins.ulsan.ac.kr) 이동 (로그인 필요) - ‘대학생활’ - ‘학생생활관 (본교)’ - ‘기숙사비납부고지서출력’ 메뉴 이동 후 출력 2) 한국어교육센터 어학연수생: 국제교류처 사무실에서 고지서 배부
4. 입사자 호실 발표: 2026. 02. 20.(금) - UWIN-S 조회 가능 / 국제관 각 층 게시판 및 승강기에 공지 5. 결핵 검진 -기숙사에 신규 입사하는 학생 또는 결핵 검진 후 1년 경과한 학생은 반드시 ‘결핵검사서’를 제출해야 함 1) 개인검진 Ⓐ 학부생, 대학원생, 교환학생, 복수학위생의 경우 UWIN-S (http://uwins.ulsan.ac.kr) 로그인 - ‘대학정보’ - ‘기숙사정보’ - ‘건강검진업로드’ 메뉴 이동 후 온라인 업로드 Ⓑ 한국어과정 어학연수생의 경우 국제교류처에 제출 2) 제출기한: 2026. 02. 12.(목) 까지 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Housing Application: December 29, 2025 (Mon) 10:00 – January 23, 2026 (Fri) 17:00 ※ Students with or more than 5 penalty points cannot apply and the voluntary labour works should be done before the application is submitted. ※ Students may move the room every semester/vacation and students will be placed to their new room and paired with their roommates randomly. ※ Roommates are paired upon their degree/programmes and nationalities. (Visit the International Office to request for a roommate assignment) ※ Once paired, neither roommates nor rooms can be changed. 1) Undergraduate, Graduate, Exchange and Dual Degree Programme Students: Apply Online - Visit UWIN-S homepage.(http://uwins.ulsan.ac.kr) (Sign in required) - Move to ‘대학생활’(Campus Life) - ‘학생생활관’(Halls of Residence) - ‘학생생활관입사신청’(Application) menu. - Select student house and meal plan, then click ‘등록’ button. 2) Korean Language Education Centre Intensive Class students: Apply at the International Office - Visit the International Office and submit the application form

Housing/Meal Period - Management Fee: International Dormitory – To be announced (January) - Meal Plan Fee: To be announced (January) - Housing Period: February 23, 2026 (Mon) – June 22, 2026 (Mon) ※ Winter 2025 Move Out: 12:00 (noon) on February 21, 2026 (Sat). ※ Spring 2026 Move in: 14:00 on February 22, 2026 (Sun). - Any belongings left in the room after the moving period will be discarded. International Office or Housing Office do not hold any responsibility for this.
3. Housing/Mealplan Fee Payment: February 10, 2026 (Tue) 10:00 – February 12, 2026 (Thu) 16:00 ※ Pay the housing fee at campus bank or transfer the amount to the virtual account on the bill. ※ Do not pay the fee to the Int’l Office Account but to the VIRTUAL ACCOUNT. ※ Room assignment will be cancelled when you don’t pay on time (No excuses will be accepted) 1) Undergrad/Graduate, Exchange/Double Degree Programme Students: print the bill from online 2) Korean Language Education Centre Intensive Class students: Get the bill at the International Office
4. Room and Roommate Assignment Release: February 20, 2026 (Fri) - UWIN-S / Notice Boards on the floors of the halls and inside the lifts
5. TB Examination - Students who are newly moving into the dormitory or whose tuberculosis (TB) test was conducted more than one year ago must submit a Tuberculosis Test Certificate. 1) Individual Examination Ⓐ Undergraduate, Graduate, Exchange and Dual Degree Programme Students must upload the report to the UWIN-S by Move to ‘대학생활’(Campus Life) - ‘학생생활관’(Halls of Residence) - ‘건강검진업로드’ (Upload Health Examination Results) menu – Upload the file Ⓑ Korean Education Centre Intensive Class students should submit the report to International Office 2) Submission Deadline: By February 12, 2026 (Thu) |
