International Express Mail Discount Program for International Students 외국인 유학생 국제특급우편 요금 지원 안내

울산시는 외국인 유학생의 사회 정착 지원 및 사회 통합기능 강화를 위해 부산지방우청청과 「외국인 유학생 국제특급우편 요금 지원사업」업무 협약(`25. 6. 24.)을 체결하였습니다.

 

이에 따라「외국인 유학생 국제특급우편 요금 지원사업」을 아래와 같이 안내드리오니, 우체국 이용에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

할인

o 외국인 유학생 대상 국제특급 우편물 요금 할인(최대 13%)

 ① 우체국 창구에서 국제특급(EMS,EMS프리미엄) 접수 시 요금 10% 할인

 ② ‘인터넷우체국 앱 또는 웹’에서 사전 접수 후 [접수번호]를 우체국 창구에 제시하면 추가 3% 할인(단, EMS프리미엄 제외)

o 서비스 대상: 체류자격 D-2(유학), D-4(일반연수), D-10(구직비자)

o 이용 우체국: 울산광역시 내 모든 우체국

o 2025. 6. 24.(화)부터  

 


Ulsan city has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Busan Regional Post Office on June 24, 2025, to implement the “International Express Mail Discount Program for International Students,” aimed at supporting the settlement and social integration of international students.


Details

Discount on International Postage for International Students

  • A discount on international express mail (EMS, EMS Premium) postage for international students (up to 13%)

    ① 10% discount when sending EMS or EMS Premium at a post office counter

    ② Additional 3% discount (EMS Premium excluded) when pre-registering via the Internet Post Office website or app and presenting the [registration number] at the counter

  • Eligible Visa Types: D-2 (Student), D-4 (General Trainee), D-10 (Job Seeker)

  • Available Locations: All post offices within Ulsan Metropolitan City
