[ 졸업학년초과자 안내 사항 ]

 

가. 본인의 졸업불가 사유를 정확히 파악하여 졸업요건 충족 시 재학 중 졸업 가능

      ※ 휴학 중 졸업요건을 충족하더라도 졸업 불가능

나. 특별학점 취득불가 (단, '사회봉사Ⅰ' 예외)

다. 학위수여식(2월 17일) 이후 재학 시 2023년 8월 졸업예정증명서 발급 가능

라. 부족학점 이수 방법에 따라 `휴학` 또는 `재학`(정규학기 등록) 선택

▶ 1학점 이상 수강신청 필수, 수강학점에 따라 등록금 차등납부

- 1~3학점(졸업작품 등 포함) 수강 : 등록금 1/6

- 4~6학점 수강 : 등록금 1/3

- 7~9학점 수강 : 등록금 1/2

- 10학점 이상 수강 : 등록금 전액 납부

 

▶ 휴학 중 졸업학년초과자 수강신청 전 복학신청 필수

- 복학신청 기간 : 1월 30일 ~ 2월 1일

- 2023-1학기 수강신청일 : 2월 6일 ~ 2월 8일

- 등록금 납부 : 울산대학교 홈페이지 등록금 안내 참고(https://bit.ly/3v2Fxzx)

휴 학

▶ 휴학 희망 시 휴학 신청 기간 동안 직접 휴학 신청 필수

- 휴학 신청 경로 : UWINS ⇒ 학적변동 ⇒ 휴학신청

- 휴학 신청 기간 : 1월 30일 ~ 2월 1일

- 휴학을 신청하지 않으면 재학 상태 유지가 되며 등록금 1/6 부과

 

▶ 휴학 중 복학예정 학기 도래 시 휴학연장 또는 복학신청 선택 필수

- 휴학기간을 모두 소진한 경우 복학 필수

- 휴학기간을 모두 소진하고 복학하지 않을 경우 미복학 제적 처리

 

▶ ‘휴학’ 상태에서도 사회봉사Ⅰ 신청 및 계절학기 수강 가능

- 사회봉사Ⅰ 신청 : UWINS 사회봉사학점 안내 참고(https://bit.ly/3BQMFTo)

- 여름 계절학기 신청 : 5월 15일 ~ 5월 17일

※ 휴학 중 졸업요건을 충족하더라도 졸업 불가능


[ Notice for Students who exceed the maximum period for enrollment ]


A. Please check the graduation requirement. Student can graduate when they meet the graduation requirements and register for the semester. (Students cannot graduate during the period of the academic leave.)

※ If you meet the graduation requirement during the academic leave period, you cannot graduate.

B. Registration for Special Credits is not accepted.(Except for '사회봉사Ⅰ')

C. Certification of the expectant graduation can be issued after the commencement ceremony(Feb 17 2023).

D. Please choose either the registration or the academic leave for the upcoming semester.

Enrollment

▶ Students who exceed the maximum semester limit must register at least one credit. Tuition fee is based on the number of credits enrolled.

- 1~3 Credits(Including Graduation Work etc) : 1/6 of the full tuition fee

- 4~6 Credits : 1/3 of the full tuition fee

- 7~9 Credits : 1/2 of the full tuition fee

- More than 10 Credits : Full tuition fee

 

▶ Students who are currently taking an academic leave and reserve their graduation are required to apply for the re-registration

- Application Period for the re-registration : Jan 30 ~ Feb 01

- Course Registration for Spring Semester 2023 : Feb 06 ~ Feb 08

Academic Leave

▶ If a student would like to apply for the academic leave, he or she should apply for the academic leave(Please contact the Office of International Affairs) during the designated period.

- How to apply for Academic Leave : UWINS ⇒ 학적변동 ⇒ 휴학신청

- Application Period for the Academic Leave : Jan 30 ~ Feb 01

- If a student does not apply for the academic leave, he or she is automatically enrolled for the next semester and should pay for the 1/6 of the tuition fee.

 

▶ When a student’s leave of absence period ends, he or she choose to extend his or her academic leave or apply for the re-registration.

- A student whose academic leave period ends is required to re-register for the upcoming semester.

- A student not returning to school after leave of absence period ends will be expelled.

 

▶ Students can sign up for 사회봉사Ⅰ or take Summer Courses on their academic leave

- Application Period for Summer Courses : May 15 ~ May 17

※ Even though you meet the graduation requirement during the academic leave period, you cannot graduate.
